Axians Opens New Telecommunications Infrastructure Site in Möglingen

Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies, officially opened its new office campus in Möglingen, Germany, on July 9, 2026. The construction for the new site began in November 2023, and it consolidates previous locations in Bietigheim-Bissingen and Freiberg am Neckar. The facility aims to enhance the company's capabilities in telecommunications infrastructure.

The new Möglingen campus is designed to be a hub for digital infrastructure, covering solutions for fixed and mobile networks, as well as the digitalization of railway transport. The site will house approximately 70 office and administrative jobs, along with spaces for materials, technology, and logistics. Axians states the new facilities are intended to foster collaboration and innovation.

The company views the new Möglingen site as a significant move to strengthen its position in the telecommunications sector and support the expansion of digital networks in southwestern Germany. Axians also intends to create new employment opportunities and promote vocational training within the industry at the campus.

The Möglingen facility is part of a broader expansion strategy for Axians across the DACH and CEE regions, with further site openings planned in Ulm and Cologne in the fall of 2026. The objective is to consolidate expertise and improve processes for clients, including network operators, municipalities, and businesses.
