Axon faces investor investigation following revised revenue guidance
Law firm Levi & Korsinsky has initiated an investigation into Axon Enterprise regarding recent adjustments to the company's financial growth forecasts.

Investors in Axon Enterprise are facing potential scrutiny after the company adjusted its 2026 growth outlook for the second time in three months. The legal firm Levi & Korsinsky announced it is probing whether the company provided misleading information to shareholders regarding revenue projections.
Axon initially raised its 2026 growth forecast to a range of 32% to 34% in early August. However, on November 5, the firm reduced that target to approximately 30%. The downward revision followed the cancellation of roughly $130 million in revenue associated with three delayed Federal Dedrone deployments.
The investigation focuses on whether these rapid shifts in guidance impacted stock market valuation and whether public statements accurately reflected the status of government contracts. Legal representatives are now seeking to determine if stakeholders have grounds for claims concerning financial losses.
