Aztec Minerals Announces New Mineral Discoveries

Aztec Minerals has announced the discovery of new gold and copper mineralizations at its Tombstone project in Nevada. The company released findings on Monday from its latest drilling program.

The drilled area, designated Hole 103-A, indicated significant mineralized intervals. At a depth of 305 meters, results showed 2.89 grams of gold and 0.64% copper per ton. Furthermore, a 365-meter interval returned 1.37 grams of gold and 0.57% copper per ton.

In January 2024, the company acquired a 100% interest in the Tombstone property in Arizona. The press release noted that this property has historically produced gold and silver, but its full potential remains to be explored with modern techniques.

Aztec Minerals will continue its exploration efforts, aiming to expand the known size and value of its mineral deposits. The company believes the Tombstone project will be a key component of its future growth.
