Aztec Minerals Corp. has confirmed the terms for stock options previously announced, granted to a consultant for investor relations services.

Vancouver, Canada – Aztec Minerals Corp. (AZT: TSX-V, OTCQB: AZZTF) confirmed on June 15, 2026, the terms of stock options previously announced on May 28. The company has clarified its investor relations agreement with Redwood Empire Financial Communications.
The clarified agreement states that the 300,000 stock options granted to the consultant, as part of their compensation, are exercisable at $0.25 per share. These options have a five-year term from the grant date and will vest incrementally over twelve months, in equal portions every three months, starting three months after the grant. This process adheres to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
