B Treasury Capital reports debt-free status and share redemption
B Treasury Capital AB has released its Q3 2026 results, highlighting a debt-free balance sheet and an increase in Bitcoin holdings per share following a buyback.

B Treasury Capital AB published its interim report for the first nine months of 2026, marking a shift to a debt-free financial position following the full repayment of its custodian loan. The company’s total Bitcoin holdings grew by 1.2% during the quarter to 174.0 BTC.
On July 20, the firm listed BTC PREF, a preference share offering monthly dividends backed by Bitcoin, which raised MSEK 12 in a rights issue. The yield for the third quarter was reported at 0.3%, bringing the cumulative yield to 7.6% since the asset's introduction in July 2025.
In October, the company executed a redemption of 5% of its Class B shares. The shares were repurchased at a 28% discount to net asset value, a move that successfully increased the amount of Bitcoin attributed to each remaining B-share.
