B2B Startup Bijnis Rebrands as Zorit Following ₹27 Cr Funding
Formerly known as Bijnis, the Delhi-based B2B platform has rebranded to Zorit after raising ₹27 Cr to expand its inventory-led quick-commerce operations for offline retailers.

Delhi-based B2B ecommerce firm Zorit, previously operating as Bijnis, has secured ₹27 crore in fresh funding led by Sparrow Capital. The round included participation from existing backers Info Edge, WaterBridge Ventures, and Better Capital, alongside various angel investors. The capital is earmarked for scaling the firm's network of dark stores and diversifying its product inventory.
Founded in 2015, the company transitioned from a traditional digital marketplace model to an inventory-led quick-commerce approach in late 2024. By utilizing local dark stores, Zorit now facilitates product delivery to retailers within 60 minutes, a significant reduction from the previous seven-to-eight-day fulfillment window. The startup currently manages 12 dark stores across 12 cities and reports an annualized sales figure of ₹120 crore.
The rebranding follows a period of financial instability for the company, which saw Info Edge write off its full ₹76.6 crore investment in 2023 due to high cash burn and operational challenges. Despite these earlier setbacks, CEO Siddharth Vij noted that the shift to a quick-commerce model has improved retailer retention by fourfold and attracted a new segment of users who had not previously utilized digital B2B sourcing platforms.
As the industry faces pressure to optimize supply chain efficiency, Zorit aims to compete with traditional wholesale trade cycles. According to the company, nearly half of its current locations have reached a break-even point as it works to solidify its role in the B2B supply chain.
