Bahrain Gateway Gulf Forum concludes with USD 22.3 billion in investment deals
The fourth Gateway Gulf event in Bahrain resulted in USD 22.3 billion in partnerships and agreements spanning multiple economic sectors.

The Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB) concluded the fourth edition of its Gateway Gulf event in Manama with a total of USD 22.3 billion in announced investments, partnerships, and agreements. Over the course of the two-day forum, more than 110 announcements were made across key sectors including financial services, logistics, technology, manufacturing, energy, and healthcare.
Participants signed over 75 agreements and memoranda of understanding during the event. Additionally, four large-scale projects worth a combined USD 3.89 billion were awarded Bahrain’s 'Golden License,' a government initiative designed to streamline the implementation of high-value investments and support industrial diversification.
Bahrain is currently leveraging its non-oil sector, which accounts for approximately 86% of its GDP, to attract international capital and reinforce its position as a hub within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The event aimed to bridge the gap between regional market opportunities and global investment flows, facilitating access to the wider Gulf market.
Hosting officials and executives from around the world, the forum focused on mobilizing cross-border capital. The event served as a platform to formalize business partnerships intended to foster economic growth and regional connectivity.
