Bahrain to Host Gateway Gulf in November

Bahrain is set to host the fourth edition of 'Gateway Gulf' in November, an exclusive gathering of ministers, business leaders, and government officials from around the globe to discuss the role of global partnerships and investments in driving sustainable growth.

The event, taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay from November 1-2, 2026, will focus on the evolving global economy and how investments, innovation, and cross-border collaboration can strengthen economic resilience.

Organized by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), the invitation-only forum will explore the impacts of changing global geopolitics, energy transitions, and technological advancements.

Bahrain, with non-oil sectors contributing 86% to its GDP, is recognized for its business-friendly environment and diversified economy. The overall economic output of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) exceeds $2.38 trillion, establishing it as a hub for capital, talent, and innovation.

The forum is expected to bring together 200 high-level decision-makers from both public and private sectors. The agenda includes networking opportunities, private meetings, and investment presentations. The previous edition of the event saw announced transactions and investment commitments exceeding $17 billion.
