Balco Group appoints nomination committee for 2027 annual general meeting
Balco Group has confirmed the members of the nomination committee tasked with preparing the company's 2027 annual general meeting.
Balco Group has finalized the composition of its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 annual general meeting. Carl-Mikael Lindholm, representing Family Hamrin, will serve as the committee chairman.
The committee also includes Bengt Stillström from Ringvägen Venture AB and Isabel Hummel representing Tuna Holding AB. Balco Group’s Board Chairman, Anders Davidsson, has been appointed to the committee as a co-opted member.
The committee is responsible for drafting proposals for the 2027 meeting, specifically regarding the election of the meeting chair, the required number of board members, and the compensation structure for the board of directors.
