Balder expands tenant portfolio at Heron City in Stockholm
Property developer Balder has secured three new retail and restaurant tenants for its Heron City site in Kungens Kurva, scheduled to open this autumn.
Real estate company Balder is expanding the tenant base at its Heron City complex in Kungens Kurva, Stockholm. The site will welcome retailer Jollyroom alongside restaurant operators Loco Chicken and Taco Bell as part of an ongoing effort to diversify its commercial offerings.
This expansion follows the successful launch of Activate Games earlier this summer, which drew over 10,000 visitors in its first month of operations. The inclusion of established retail and food brands marks a continued strategy to increase foot traffic and consumer engagement at the center.
Balder remains in active negotiations with other potential tenants as it seeks to fill remaining vacancies. The property management firm continues to focus on repositioning Heron City as a primary destination for both commerce and entertainment in the region.
