Balder to become co-owner of new Saab facility in Jönköping

Property company Vectura announced today that it has signed a lease agreement with defense company Saab for the development of a new facility in Jönköping. As part of the transaction, Fastighets AB Balder will acquire a portion of the project upon completion, becoming a co-owner.

The new facility, spanning over 80,000 square meters, will be developed with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and functionality to meet Saab's specific requirements. This development aims to provide Saab with a state-of-the-art operational base.
