Ballard launches Fleet360 services for North American FCmove fleets
Ballard Power Systems introduces a new fuel cell module lifecycle program, Fleet360, offering performance guarantees and service commitments for fleets in North America.

CHICAGO – Ballard Power Systems has launched its Fleet360 service program, designed for new FCmove®-HD+ fuel cell module fleets in North America. The program was introduced at the APTA EXPO 2026 in Chicago.
Fleet360 integrates a digital monitoring platform, tailored technical support, parts assurance, training, and refurbishment services. The FCcare+ service package includes a performance guarantee for fuel cell modules up to 250,000 miles of operation, aiming to provide transit operators with clarity for maintenance and lifecycle cost planning.
"Transit operators want confidence in how their fuel cells perform today and as their fleets age," said Ballard Chief Operating Officer Ralph Robinett. The Fleet360 program aims to provide a clear basis for planning fuel cell module maintenance and lifecycle budget costs. It utilizes the FCpulse digital platform for insights into fuel cell health and performance, enabling proactive maintenance.
Ballard has accumulated over 186 million miles (300 million kilometers) of fuel cell operational service, and the program is part of the company's broader commitment to zero-emission solutions. The company also recently completed the acquisition of GeoPura, expanding its offerings to include hydrogen production and energy services.
