Bambu Lab Launches 48-Hour Fundraiser for Venezuela Earthquake Relief
3D printer manufacturer Bambu Lab initiates a 48-hour sales campaign to generate funds for United Nations Crisis Relief.

AUSTIN, Texas โ 3D printing technology company Bambu Lab has initiated a 48-hour fundraising campaign to support relief efforts for victims of the recent earthquake in Venezuela. The initiative began on July 13, 2026, at 8:00 AM UTC-4. The company will donate an amount equivalent to the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for each eligible PLA Basic Refill filament sold in specific colors during the campaign to UN Crisis Relief.
To participate, customers must purchase filament in the colors of the Venezuelan flag โ yellow, blue, and red โ from Bambu Lab's U.S. and EU online stores, using the promo code "4Venezuela" at checkout. Bambu Lab will cover the difference, ensuring the donation is based on the product's original list price, even if the customer pays a discounted campaign price.
The company previously announced a $50,000 cash contribution to the recovery efforts in Venezuela in March. Additionally, Bambu Lab has been supplying LayerLab, its official distributor in Venezuela, with filaments and printers needed by local makers to produce essential supplies.
This community-driven effort follows a broader response where 3D printers globally have manufactured vital aid items, such as medical supplies, in the aftermath of the seismic events. Bambu Lab intends to publicly release the total funds raised and confirmed donation amounts via its official channels after the campaign concludes.
