Banko Overhead Doors has acquired Southeastern Garage Doors of Charleston, marking its first expansion into South Carolina and strengthening its presence in the Southeastern United States.
Tampa, Florida – Banko Overhead Doors has acquired Southeastern Garage Doors of Charleston, Inc., a provider of garage door installation, repair, and maintenance services in the Charleston, Lexington and surrounding coastal South Carolina regions. This acquisition marks Banko's initial entry into South Carolina and advances its strategy to be the leading residential garage door service provider in the Southeast.
Founded in 1999, Southeastern Garage Doors has established a significant presence in its market over more than 25 years. The company is known for its quality craftsmanship and strong customer relationships. Banko CEO Michael Alfano stated that the values of Southeastern Garage Doors mirrored Banko's own, indicating a shared operational philosophy.
The acquisition adds key Charleston Metro and Coastal Carolinas markets to Banko's operational footprint, which currently spans multiple Florida markets. The company views the region's robust residential construction pipeline and active retrofit demand as a significant growth opportunity.
