Leverkusen, Germany and Vienna, Austria โ€“ July 7, 2026 โ€“ The Bayer Foundation has announced the recipients of its 15th annual Women Entrepreneurs Award. The awards honor women from Latin America, Africa, and Asia who are working to improve global health and food systems.

The initiative aims to acknowledge and support women addressing critical societal issues. From a pool of 1,172 applicants, 15 entrepreneurs were selected for their innovative solutions in areas such as artificial intelligence-driven diagnostics for healthcare and circular economy principles applied to food technology.
