Bayu Buana Travel Services Renews Technology Partnership with Amadeus
Indonesian travel agency Bayu Buana Travel Services has renewed its technology partnership with Amadeus, aiming to enhance customer service and offerings.

Bayu Buana Travel Services, an established travel agency in Indonesia, has renewed its technology partnership with Amadeus IT Group. The renewed agreement focuses on improving customer service and innovating the travel options available to clients.
With access to the Amadeus Travel Platform, Bayu Buana aims to provide its customers with a wider array of travel choices. This includes content from airlines via the New Distribution Capability (NDC) and offers from hotels, cruise lines, and transportation providers globally. The goal is to deliver more personalized travel experiences and competitive pricing.
The collaboration will equip Bayu Buana's travel agents with Amadeus' technology solutions, including advanced APIs, AI capabilities, and next-generation payment solutions. These tools are intended to streamline agent workflows, allowing them to concentrate on delivering superior customer service.
Founded in 1972, Bayu Buana was the first travel agency listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. The company employs 500 people across 22 branches throughout Indonesia.
"Indonesians have trusted us for over five decades because Bayu Buana is committed to customer service and providing the best travel experience," said Agustinus Pake Seko, President Director of Bayu Buana Travel Services. "With this new partnership with Amadeus, we are protecting our hard-won reputation by ensuring we can offer travelers even more options and even better customer service well into the future."
