Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has trained over 150 Saudi university students through its Jeel Tamooh program, launched in 2019. The six-month initiative focuses on developing leadership, professional, and interpersonal skills essential for future success.
The program prepares participants for an increasingly complex global landscape, emphasizing digital sustainability, climate resilience, and generative AI in green technologies. With equal representation of male and female participants, it offers a pathway to careers at BCG's Riyadh office.
Alumni from the program have made significant contributions across various sectors, from consulting at BCG Riyadh to leadership roles in prominent organizations and launching successful ventures. Their career trajectories demonstrate how the program's blend of mentorship, practical workshops, and hands-on experience cultivates impactful leaders.
Among those who have benefited are Abdullah AlGarawi, now developing sustainability frameworks at Saudi Aramco, and Njood Alzahrani, leading strategic initiatives in Saudi Arabia's tourism sector at Diriyah Company. Abdulelah Alshaiby, a participant from the program's fifth cohort, is pursuing a consulting career with BCG.
