BCT Ventures Raises ₹42 Crore for AI-Led Nutrition and Wellness Brands

BCT Ventures, an e-commerce startup focused on nutrition and wellness, has raised ₹42 crore ($4.4 million) in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital. The funding allows for the official commencement of the company's operations.

Founded in 2025, BCT Ventures operates as an AI-native venture studio. Instead of managing a single consumer brand, the Mumbai-based startup partners with medical professionals and nutritionists to develop products, cultivate digital audiences, and scale sales using proprietary AI tools. Its core AI engines, Resonance, Nucleus, and Meridian, are employed for demand identification, product development, and automating marketing and customer acquisition.

The company is initially targeting the nutrition and wellness sector, citing a growing demand for preventive healthcare products endorsed by practitioners. BCT Ventures also plans to expand into other consumer categories it identifies as underserved. The startup aims to leverage India's burgeoning consumer economy, projected to reach $4.3 trillion by 2030, through its AI-first approach.

According to BCT Ventures, its AI-native operating system facilitates informed decision-making from opportunity identification through brand scaling. This strategy reflects a broader industry trend of startups embedding AI to enhance efficiency and competitive positioning.
