BDG Law Group Notifies of Data Security Incident

BDG Law Group has issued a notification regarding a data security incident that may have compromised personal information of certain individuals. The firm became aware of a network disruption on September 11, 2025. Promptly following the discovery, BDG engaged cybersecurity specialists to secure its environment and investigate the nature and scope of the incident.

The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor acquired certain information. Subsequently, third-party specialists were engaged to review the impacted dataset. This review confirmed that the acquired data contained personal information. Depending on the individual, this information may have included names combined with driver's license or state identification numbers, passport numbers, medical information, and Social Security numbers. It was noted that not all data elements were affected for all individuals.

BDG Law Group emphasizes that there is no evidence of misuse or attempted misuse of any of the potentially impacted information. The firm has established a toll-free call center, operational Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays, to address inquiries and concerns regarding the incident.

The firm stated that the privacy and protection of all information are a top priority and deeply regrets any inconvenience or concern this incident may cause. BDG has notified individuals for whom it had address information and has worked to identify individuals with missing address information.
