LOUISVILLE, Colo. – Bridge Diagnostics, Inc. (BDI) has acquired WPS Engineering, a firm specializing in routine bridge inspections for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). The acquisition expands BDI's offerings in bridge structure testing, monitoring, and structural evaluation.
The deal is expected to merge WPS Engineering's expertise in TxDOT-standard routine inspections with BDI's technological capabilities. BDI provides global structural diagnostics, monitoring, and testing solutions.
This strategic expansion bolsters BDI's position as a provider of services for the safety and lifecycle management of bridge structures in the United States.
