BDO Advises Liberta Partners on Acquisition of Majority Stake in ZEEH Group

BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft advised Liberta Partners on the acquisition of a significant stake in ZEEH Group, a group of companies specializing in trade fair and event construction. BDO conducted tax due diligence on the target companies and supported Liberta Partners in negotiations, particularly concerning the purchase agreement.

The acquisition of a majority stake in ZEEH Group marks a key milestone for the further development and growth of Liberta Partners. The combination with ZEEH Group and its previous shareholder, Hannover Finanz, is expected to unlock new potential for ZEEH Group's evolution.

ZEEH Group has been a successful service provider in the trade fair and event construction industry for over 40 years. The group recently strengthened its market position by acquiring BRACE Group.
