BDO Assists Mauell GmbH in Restructuring via Insolvency Proceedings
BDO has successfully guided Mauell GmbH through a self-administered insolvency process, ensuring the company's continuity and future operations.
Mauell GmbH, a provider of control room technology and visualization solutions, has successfully completed a restructuring process under self-administered insolvency proceedings with the assistance of BDO.
The company, which employs 109 staff, specializes in advanced technology for control rooms, particularly within the power plant sector. The insolvency plan was unanimously approved, and the proceedings have since been concluded, securing the company's future.
A team of BDO experts, led by partner Steffen Reusch, provided comprehensive advisory services throughout the insolvency proceedings. This included negotiations and strategic planning to ensure the company's operational continuity.
