Beacon Behavioral Partners Acquires AR Psychiatric and Counseling Center

Beacon Behavioral Partners has completed the acquisition of AR Psychiatric and Counseling Center. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dr. Anil Gupta and Dr. Bhavesh Patel, the former owners of AR Psychiatric and Counseling Center, were advised by Practice Transitions Group (PTG) throughout the sale process. PTG specializes in advising healthcare practices on transitions and sales.

The acquisition is expected to expand Beacon Behavioral Partners' service offerings and geographic reach within the mental health sector. The company has not yet detailed specific plans for the acquired center.

AR Psychiatric and Counseling Center provides psychiatric and counseling services. This acquisition represents another move by Beacon Behavioral Partners to grow its network of mental health facilities.
