Chinese technology company Beelink has launched its new EQi 304 mini PC targeting international consumers. The device marks the debut of Intel's Wildcat Lake processor in a mini PC form factor. This processor offers 5 cores and 5 threads, boosting up to 4.3 GHz, and features an Xᵉ3-LPG integrated graphics capable of 24 TOPS of local AI computing.

A standout feature of the EQi 304 is its adoption of UFS 3.1 flash storage, typically found in smartphones, as its primary drive. The standard configuration includes 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, offering theoretical read speeds of up to 2.1 GB/s. While this surpasses older eMMC storage, it is slower than the NVMe SSDs commonly used in competing mini PCs. Beelink has included two M.2 2280 expansion slots to address storage limitations, each supporting up to 4TB SSD upgrades.

Memory configurations vary, with the base model featuring 16GB of LPDDR5 5600MT/s RAM. Higher-end versions offer user-replaceable 24GB or 32GB DDR5 5600 RAM modules. Connectivity is robust for its compact size (126x126x44.2mm), including two 40Gbps Thunderbolt 4 ports and an HDMI output supporting triple 4K 60Hz displays.

Networking capabilities consist of a 10Gbps and a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port, alongside Wi-Fi 6 (MT7922) and Bluetooth 5.2. The PC includes an internal 85W power supply and utilizes a quiet cooling fan. The Beelink EQi 304 is available for pre-order starting at $509, comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro, and includes a three-year warranty.
