Believe Appoints Denis Gorshkov as MD for Russia and CIS
Digital music company Believe has appointed Denis Gorshkov as Managing Director for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The company is also strengthening its local management teams in the region.

Independent digital music company Believe has named Denis Gorshkov as its new Managing Director for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The company is also reinforcing its local management teams in Russia and Eastern Europe as part of its growth strategy for these markets.
Gorshkov brings over a decade of experience in senior leadership roles within digital and streaming businesses across the region. Prior to joining Believe, he founded and led two video platforms, Amediateka (home of HBO) and more.tv.
In his new capacity, Gorshkov will oversee Believe's three business lines: Distribution, Artist Services, and TuneCore. He will also focus on refining the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy in the region and managing a team of 50 employees based in Moscow.
The company has also announced other senior appointments to support its expansion. Liubov Kevkhaian has been promoted to Director for Eastern Europe, and Victoria Pe to Head of Distribution in Russia. Believe, which established a presence in Russia in 2013, now operates in 15 Eastern European territories.
