Believe appoints Viktoria Siniavskaia as head of EMEA region
Believe has named Viktoria Siniavskaia as president of the newly formed EMEA region, consolidating oversight of European, Middle Eastern, and African markets.
Music services firm Believe has appointed Viktoria Siniavskaia to lead its newly created EMEA region. Reporting to Global Music Head Romain Vivien, Siniavskaia is tasked with integrating regional strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to streamline operations.
Her new portfolio includes oversight of key music markets such as the UK, Germany, and France, in addition to the regions she previously managed. Siniavskaia brings 15 years of tenure at Believe to the position, having held various leadership roles across international territories.
The reorganization establishes a new management structure, with several national directors now reporting directly to Siniavskaia. The company stated that this shift aims to foster greater collaboration and operational autonomy across its global footprint.
