Believe Appoints Viktoria Siniavskaia as President EMEA
Global artist development company Believe has appointed Viktoria Siniavskaia as President for the newly formed EMEA region. The move aims to strengthen regional leadership and strategic growth.
Global artist development company Believe announced on October 13, 2026, the appointment of Viktoria Siniavskaia as President for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. Siniavskaia will report directly to Global Head of Music Romain Vivien.
In her new role, Siniavskaia will oversee the combined EMEA region, which includes several major music markets such as the UK, Germany, and France. Believe stated the appointment is part of an evolution toward a stronger regional leadership model, intended to drive growth through enhanced regional coordination and market collaboration.
Siniavskaia previously led Believe's operations across the META (Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa) region, Eastern & Southern Europe, and the Americas. She brings over 20 years of experience in the music industry and has been with Believe for 15 years.
Believe provides services for independent artists, songwriters, labels, and publishers. The company operates in over 50 countries and employs more than 2,000 people.
