Believe restructures global operations under Romain Vivien

Believe, the Paris-based artist development company, has expanded the role of Romain Vivien to include direct oversight of its global regions. The move is designed to simplify the company's internal structure and align regional operations with its “From Access to Success” strategic plan, which the firm launched in 2025 to guide its growth through 2030.

Under the new reporting lines, Vivien will oversee Believe’s recording activities alongside the company’s three primary geographic divisions: EMEA, Americas, and APAC. Each region will be led by a dedicated president: Viktoria Siniavskaia for EMEA, Sylvain Delange for APAC, and Adriana Sein for the Americas. Sein, a newcomer to the firm, brings experience from previous roles at Warner Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment.

CEO Denis Ladegaillerie stated that the reorganization is intended to create clearer accountability and faster decision-making closer to local markets. By centralizing management, the company aims to operate as a single global entity while maintaining its regional expertise.

Believe currently operates in over 50 countries with a workforce exceeding 2,000. This administrative shift marks a significant step in the company’s effort to scale its full-service model for independent artists, labels, and publishers.
