Music company Believe has unified its global commercial, product, technology, and operations organizations. The restructuring aims to accelerate artist development strategies and reinforce its position as a global artist development company.
Paris, July 9, 2026 – Music company Believe announced today the unification of its global commercial, product, technology, and operations organizations into a single entity. This transformation is part of the group's strategic plan to accelerate artist development and solidify its positioning as a "One Global Artist Development Company."
Elsa Bahamonde Bourgain will now lead Believe's worldwide commercial activities, integrating the Artist Services and Artist & Labels Solutions divisions. Bahamonde Bourgain, who joined Believe in 2021, has been instrumental in launching over 15 labels and developing a framework for independent artist success.
Supporting Bahamonde Bourgain, Liubov Kevkhaian has been appointed Vice President of Artist & Labels Solutions, tasked with commercial expansion and value creation for labels and artists. Emmanuelle de Hosson joins as Vice President of Artist Services, focusing on long-term artist development and strengthening strategic partnerships.
Romain Becker assumes the role of Group Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a unified structure for product, technology, and operations teams. His focus will be on streamlining decision-making and aligning strategy with execution. This consolidation aims to enhance product excellence, technology integration, and operational efficiency, supporting artists across Believe and TuneCore globally.
