Believe Unifies Global Structure to Accelerate Artist Development
Artist development company Believe has unified its global commercial, product, tech, and operations organizations. The restructuring aims to accelerate its 'From Access to Success' strategy.
Paris – July 9, 2026 – Global artist development company Believe announced today the unification of its global commercial, product, tech, and operations organizations. This transformation is part of the company's 'From Access to Success' strategic plan, intended to position Believe as a singular global entity focused on artist advancement.
Elsa Bahamonde Bourgain has been appointed to lead Believe's global commercial efforts, merging the Artist Services and Label & Artist Solutions divisions. Reporting to Global Head of Music Romain Vivien, Bourgain joined Believe in 2021 and has since been involved in launching over 15 record labels worldwide.
Romain Becker steps into the role of Group Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to Believe Founder & CEO Denis Ladegaillerie. He will now oversee a unified Product, Tech & Operations structure. This consolidation is designed to enhance governance, facilitate faster decision-making, and ensure alignment from strategy to execution.
The company states that this integration will enable faster global scaling and improved delivery of tools and services for artists, songwriters, and labels. Believe anticipates these changes will be foundational to achieving its 2030 ambitions.
