Belmont Village Senior Living Ranks 11th on Fortune Large Workplaces List
Belmont Village Senior Living has climbed to 11th place on the 2026 Fortune list of large workplaces within the aging services sector.
Houston-based operator Belmont Village Senior Living has secured the 11th spot on Fortune’s 2026 list of the “25 Best Large Workplaces in Aging Services.” The company, which moved up from 19th place last year, was evaluated by Great Place to Work through a process involving over 200,000 employee survey responses across the industry.
CEO Mercedes Kerr stated that the ranking reflects the company’s internal efforts to foster a supportive environment for its staff. Belmont Village reported that its employee favorability ratings consistently exceeded the industry average in the survey data.
The company has also focused on inclusive hiring practices, notably through a five-year partnership with the Best Buddies Jobs Program to place individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in various roles. Established in 1997, Belmont Village currently operates 34 communities across the United States and Mexico.
