Retail investment brokerage firm Berkeley Capital Advisors has established a new structured finance division, appointing industry veteran Trevor Campbell as its managing director.
Charlotte-based Berkeley Capital Advisors has launched a dedicated structured finance group to expand its services in debt and equity placement. The firm has appointed Trevor Campbell to lead the unit, overseeing its efforts to provide capital market solutions to its client base.
Campbell, a veteran capital markets advisor, will be responsible for building out the new platform. The move is designed to complement the company's existing retail investment brokerage business, allowing for more comprehensive transaction support for real estate investors.
Berkeley Capital Advisors, which ranks among the top 10 retail investment brokerage firms in the United States, aims to leverage this new division to enhance its advisory capacity during complex financing deals. The launch marks a shift toward a more integrated capital markets approach for the firm.
