Bernhard Brink Cancels Appearance on Florian Silbereisen's Show
Veteran schlager singer Bernhard Brink has unexpectedly cancelled his scheduled appearance on Florian Silbereisen's "Schlagerbooom" show due to a private commitment. Brink will continue with his other concert dates.
Veteran German schlager singer Bernhard Brink has cancelled his planned performance on Florian Silbereisen's popular show "Schlagerbooom," scheduled for October 17. The cancellation is due to a private engagement, according to reports.
Brink was set to perform his new duet, "Du kannst es immer noch," with Sonja Liebing live during the program. The appearance was a scheduled feature at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund.
Despite the cancellation from the Silbereisen show, Brink, who has been in the music business for over 50 years, will continue with his scheduled concerts. He is slated to perform on October 18 and 19 in Nordhorn. Brink announced his farewell tour, "Danke für die Zeit," earlier this year, which is set to begin next year as he approaches his 75th birthday.
The "Schlagerbooom" show will proceed with a lineup of other prominent schlager artists, including Helene Fischer, Andrea Berg, and Roland Kaiser, ensuring a star-studded broadcast for viewers.
