Besins Healthcare Germany donates laptops to aid organization

Besins Healthcare Germany donated 37 used laptops to the Christian Children's and Youth Office Die Arche (The Ark) in Berlin in late November. David Holstein, director of the organization, received the computers at the Mozart School in Hellersdorf.

The three-year-old, reconfigured laptops are intended to assist with homework and support students' school assignments at home. Holstein noted that many students require access to computers for tasks such as preparing for their intermediate school leaving certificate (MSA).

Die Arche plans to distribute some of the laptops to its other locations in Berlin, extending the impact of the donation. The organization provides support for children and youth in their schooling and leisure activities, with technology access being a key component in fostering digital literacy.
