The Best Practice Institute (BPI) has released its annual list of the 100 most highly-rated workplaces in the United States for 2026. Published in conjunction with The Wall Street Journal, the list identifies companies that have earned the 'Most Loved Workplace' certification based on employee-provided feedback.
The certification criteria rely on data from the 'Love of Workplace Index' survey or verified internal employee assessments. Unlike award programs based on peer nominations or management submissions, this ranking focuses on metrics related to workplace culture, employee respect, and organizational values.
This year’s list spans various industries, including technology, finance, and hospitality. Among the organizations featured are First Watch, Databricks, Kyndryl, Zebra Technologies, and Cloudflare. BPI founder Louis Carter noted that the ranking is intended to provide job candidates with evidence of internal culture and employee engagement rather than corporate marketing claims.
