D2C fashion brand Bewakoof reported a 19.4% increase in net loss to ₹87.4 crore for FY26, despite its revenue crossing the ₹200 crore mark.

D2C fashion brand Bewakoof experienced a widening net loss in the fiscal year ending March 2026, reversing a positive trend from the previous year. The company’s net loss grew by 19.4% to ₹87.4 crore, up from ₹73.2 crore in FY25.
This increase in losses occurred despite a significant rise in the brand's top line. Bewakoof's operating revenue increased by 40.6% to ₹243.1 crore, compared to ₹173 crore in the prior fiscal year. Additional income of ₹5 crore brought the total income to ₹248.2 crore.
On an EBITDA basis, the company saw a slight improvement, with its EBITDA loss narrowing by 7.2% to ₹54.8 crore from ₹59 crore in FY25. However, total expenses for the brand escalated by 35.4% to ₹335.6 crore during the period.
Founded in 2012, Bewakoof is a fashion and lifestyle brand targeting millennials and Gen Z consumers. In February 2023, a majority stake in the startup was acquired by Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL) through its subsidiary TMRW.
