BEWI ASA proposes extraordinary dividend of 1.15 NOK per share

Packaging and insulation firm BEWI ASA has announced a proposal for an extraordinary cash dividend of 1.15 NOK per share. The decision stems from the company's 2025 annual financial results.

The proposal remains subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting, which is scheduled for 1 December 2026. Should shareholders approve the payment, the disbursement is expected to occur on or around 7 December 2026.
