BEYOND Expo Adds Series of Technology Events in Macao
The 2021 BEYOND International Technology Innovation Expo will feature multiple events, including the Global Investment Summit and Smart Mobility Summit. The expo is scheduled to take place in Macao from August 26 to 28, 2021.
Macao will host the 2021 BEYOND International Technology Innovation Expo from August 26 to 28, the event announced. The expo, organized by the Macao Technology General Association, aims to gather global technology leaders and companies to discuss future business challenges.
Preceding the expo, an innovation tour will run from August 23 to 25, connecting technology firms from the Greater Bay Area with international visitors. The tour will start in Hong Kong and proceed through Shenzhen and Guangzhou, including visits to companies like Huawei, BYD, and Tencent, before arriving in Macao.
The BEYOND expo expects to feature approximately 600 exhibitors and over 100 programs covering a wide range of technology sectors. These include green tech, food and AgriTech, fashion, healthcare, biotechnology, digital infrastructure, smart cities, fintech, and entertainment tech.
Startups from the APAC region and international venture capital firms are also expected to participate. Organizers state that the interaction between startups and investors will accelerate business growth, positioning Macao as a key technology trade show venue for the 21st century.
