The games' publishing rights will be sold to a new publisher for a total purchase price of $1 million USD. The payment will be made in annual installments. The first payment of $300,000 USD is scheduled for Q3 2026, followed by $300,000 in Q1 2027, $250,000 in Q1 2028, and $150,000 in Q1 2029.
Beyond Frames confirmed that the total sale amount exceeds the company's internally forecasted net revenues for the remainder of 2026 and matches expected net revenues through 2028. The revenue contribution from these titles is anticipated to decline thereafter.
This sale allows Beyond Frames to redirect resources and potentially pursue new investment opportunities. The company has not disclosed specific details regarding these future ventures.
