BIGME HiBreak Dual 2 Smartphone Specifications Announced
BIGME has revealed specifications for its HiBreak Dual 2 smartphone, featuring dual color e-ink displays. The device is set to launch soon.
Chinese technology firm BIGME has unveiled details for its new HiBreak Dual 2 smartphone, which it is marketing as the "world's first large dual-screen color e-ink phone." Crowdfunding for the device is scheduled to begin tomorrow, with an early bird price of $699.
The phone features a 6.13-inch color e-ink panel on the front, boasting a refresh rate of up to 80 FPS. This is designed for extended reading, browsing, note-taking, and focused work. The back houses a 5-inch LCD panel and includes a stylus, catering to scenarios requiring stronger color performance such as image viewing, videos, maps, and social applications.
Under the hood, the BIGME HiBreak Dual 2 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chip. Configuration options include 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage, or 16GB of RAM with 512GB of storage. The device supports 5G networks and runs on Android 16. It also supports 30W fast charging and comes with a protective case.
