Bike Festival Returns to Saalfelden Leogang in September

The BIKE Festival is set to return to Saalfelden Leogang, Austria, from September 13-15, 2019. The event aims to attract cycling enthusiasts by showcasing the region's extensive trail network and offering opportunities to test new gear.

Saalfelden Leogang is recognized as one of Europe's premier mountain biking destinations, featuring one of the continent's oldest and largest bike parks. The region provides a scenic backdrop with its mountainous terrain. The Bikepark Leogang offers over 13 distinct lines and trails, largely accessible via an eight-person gondola.

The festival agenda includes the chance for attendees to test-ride bikes and equipment for the upcoming 2020 season. Guided tours of the area's prime trails are also planned, in collaboration with the local Elements Outdoorsports biking school. These tours cater to various preferences, including those interested in e-mountain biking and challenging trail riding.
