Bilibili Concert Unites Top Anime-Style Game Franchises in China

Bilibili's BILIBILI MACRO LINK-PLAY! 2026 (BML2026) concert, focused on ACGN (animation, comics, games, and novels) culture, concluded on July 12 in Shanghai, marking a significant milestone. The event successfully united China's premier anime-style game franchises on a single stage at the Hong Arena for the first time.

This historic concert, celebrating Bilibili's 14-year legacy within the ACGN community, introduced the new BML-PLAY! initiative. It specifically highlighted Chinese anime-style games, featuring popular titles such as Honkai: Star Rail, Azur Lane, Zenless Zone Zero, Wuthering Waves, Arknights, Arknights: Endfield, and Genshin Impact.

The event generated substantial interest within gaming communities, with over 110,000 users pre-registering on Bilibili before ticket sales began, which subsequently sold out rapidly. The concert's live broadcast on July 12 reached a peak audience of 45 million viewers, underscoring its widespread popularity and industry significance.

The live-streamed concert culminated in the "LINK START!" finale, a symphonic arrangement of iconic music from the seven featured games, divided into four thematic chapters. The success highlights the growing role of live productions in expanding audience reach and creating value for ACGN brands beyond their original content.
