BIOCORNEUM has introduced BIOCORNEUM Mineral SPF 30, a new silicone scar gel formulation that includes mineral sunscreen. This product joins the company's original scar management gel, offering an enhanced level of sun protection specifically for new scars.

The gel, developed in Carlsbad, California, reportedly provides SPF 30 protection and utilizes mineral-based ingredients to shield the skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays. This is significant as sun exposure can exacerbate the appearance and pigmentation of scars.
