Biohaven's BHV-1530 Clinical Data Selected for Oral Presentation at EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium

Biohaven Ltd. announced that clinical data for BHV-1530, an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting FGFR3, have been selected for oral presentation at the 38th EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics (ENA 2026). BHV-1530 is Biohaven's first-in-class FGFR3-directed ADC candidate, utilizing a proprietary Topoisomerase I (TopoIx) payload.

The selection for an oral presentation at the EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium, a key international forum for early-phase oncology drug development, highlights scientific interest in FGFR3 as a therapeutic target and in Biohaven's ADC platform. Early clinical findings from the ongoing BHV1530-101 study have demonstrated activity, including partial responses in heavily pretreated patients. The data also indicated a differentiated and tolerable safety profile, avoiding dose-limiting toxicities and common FGFR inhibitor class toxicities.

Biohaven has also initiated enrollment in a clinical trial evaluating BHV-1530 in combination with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.'s cemiplimab (Libtayo). This combination therapy is being assessed in adult patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. BHV-1530 is designed to target FGFR3-driven cancers, including those with FGFR3 alterations or overexpression.

The oral presentation will provide an update from the Phase 1 study of BHV-1530. The study evaluates the safety and efficacy of BHV-1530 as monotherapy and in combination with cemiplimab. The symposium is scheduled to take place from November 18-20, 2026, in Barcelona, Spain.
