BioWound Solutions to Exhibit Keramatrix Wound Care Product at Vizient Event

BioWound Solutions has been selected to exhibit its Keramatrix wound dressing at the Vizient Innovative Technology Exchange on September 24 in Las Vegas. Vizient, a major healthcare performance improvement company, provides selected suppliers with a platform to demonstrate their products to hospital supply chain and clinical leaders.

Keramatrix is a keratin-based wound matrix cleared by the FDA's 510(k) process. It is indicated for a wide range of wounds, including pressure injuries up to Stage 4. The naturally derived matrix is designed to support the body's natural healing processes by stimulating keratinocytes, offering clinicians a versatile option for difficult-to-heal wounds.

The Vizient Innovative Technology Exchange is part of the company's program to review and showcase technologies that can improve clinical outcomes, enhance safety, or drive operational improvements in healthcare. Since 2003, Vizient has reviewed over 1,700 product submissions through this initiative.
