Bitget Integrates Crypto and Stock Tokens in Unified Account
Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has launched a new account system enabling both digital assets and tokenized stocks to be used as unified collateral.

Victoria, Seychelles – Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has unveiled its new Cross-Asset Unified Account (UTA), allowing over 370 digital assets and 100 tokenized US stocks to be used within a single margin pool. This launch extends unified margin capabilities beyond cryptocurrencies, integrating tokenized equities alongside digital assets in one account framework.
The Cross-Asset Unified Account represents the third evolution in exchange account architecture, focusing on enhanced capital efficiency. Previous generations isolated margin by asset type or unified multiple cryptocurrencies. The latest iteration expands this system to include tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), such as stocks.
Bitget stated that the move aligns with the increasing connectivity between crypto and traditional financial markets. Users are seeking greater utility from their assets, driving the focus on tokenization for diverse financial activities within a single account. The UTA aims to provide a unified framework for managing and trading across these different asset classes.
The company positions this development as a step towards greater capital efficiency for its users, allowing a single pool of collateral to support various trading positions across both digital and tokenized traditional assets.
