Bitget introduces API endpoint for historical order retrieval
Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has launched a new API endpoint enabling users to retrieve historical trading order data. The interface supports data from the past 90 days, with older information available for download via the website.
Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has introduced a new API endpoint that allows users to access historical trading order data directly from the platform. This new application programming interface (API) is primarily aimed at developers and advanced traders.
The new interface supports the retrieval of order history from the past 90 days. Bitget notes that data older than this period must be downloaded using the exchange's website.
The API allows for queries based on various parameters, including product type (such as USDT-M futures), trading pairs, and order sources. Users can also specify start and end times, as well as the desired number of results. The API response provides detailed information for each order, including symbol, size, price, status, and margin mode.
Bitget has also specified a rate limit of 10 requests per second per user for this API endpoint. The launch is part of Bitget's ongoing efforts to enhance its trading experience and integration capabilities through advanced tools.
