Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has introduced a new API endpoint designed to provide users with access to their historical position move data. This feature is primarily targeted at master account holders who manage multiple sub-accounts.
The Get Move Position History API allows users to retrieve records of positions transferred between different accounts. The query function includes parameters for specifying a date range, with a default setting that retrieves data from the last 30 days. The maximum supported time span for historical queries is 90 days.
This API release is part of Bitget's ongoing efforts to enhance its developer tools and provide advanced users with greater control and insight into their trading activities. The endpoint returns details such as product category, source and target account identifiers, order IDs, and transaction timestamps.
The company stated that the new API is available for USDT-FUTURES, COIN-FUTURES, and USDC-FUTURES categories. The API has a rate limit of 5 requests per second per user ID and requires specific trading permissions.
