Bitmine Buys More Ethereum as Pepeto Prepares for Listing
The largest Ethereum holder, Bitmine, has acquired a significant amount of ETH, while the new cryptocurrency Pepeto is raising funds and preparing for an exchange listing.

The largest Ethereum holder, Bitmine, has added 15,112 ETH to its cryptocurrency holdings amidst a price dip, indicating confidence in the asset. The company's total ETH holdings now stand at 6,016,414 ETH, valued at approximately $16.4 billion, representing 4.9% of the total Ethereum supply. Bitmine's actions suggest an expectation of future price increases.
The meme coin Pepeto has raised $11.2 million in its presale, with investors anticipating substantial returns, potentially up to 100x post-listing. The coin's value is set to increase at each presale stage. Pepeto also offers a security scanning tool for cryptocurrencies before investment.
Ethereum recently activated the Glamsterdam upgrade on its Sepolia testnet, tripling block capacity. This enhancement aims to facilitate faster and cheaper transactions within the network. Zcash (ZEC) has also seen renewed interest, with the Winklevoss Group filing for a spot ETF, which could open doors for institutional investment.
While Ethereum and Zcash are considered strong assets, Pepeto presents a high-growth opportunity due to its low entry price and increasing demand. The company anticipates listing on Binance and other exchanges, potentially boosting its investor appeal.
