Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced Thursday that its total digital assets, cash, and investments have reached a value of $11.3 billion. The company now holds 5.77 million Ethereum (ETH) tokens, representing approximately 4.8% of the total Ethereum network supply.
The company's ETH holdings are a core component of its investment strategy, progressing towards its objective of accumulating 5% of all ETH. To support this goal, Bitmine has staked 4.9 million ETH tokens, valued at $9 billion, utilizing the MAVAN platform.
Bitmine's portfolio also includes other digital assets, such as 206 Bitcoin tokens. Additionally, the company has $482 million in liquid assets and marketable securities. Investments extend to technology firms, including an $180 million stake in Beast Industries and a $69 million stake in Eightco Holdings, which provides exposure to OpenAI technology.
The company's market position is further underscored by its inclusion in the Russell 1000 Large-cap Index in June 2026. Bitmine's Series A Preferred Stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BMNP. Key institutional investors supporting the company include ARK Invest and Pantera Capital.
